Every new company gets a 7 day free trial. A payment method is required at signup. The first charge runs automatically unless you cancel during the trial. Extra SMS credits can be bought later from the dashboard on any plan and never expire.
Billing questions
What does yearly billing save?
Yearly billing charges 11 months for 12 months of service.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades take effect next period. If usage is above the new limits, the product lists exactly what to remove first.
What happens if a payment fails?
The account moves to past due with reminder emails while the dashboard stays usable, then becomes suspended if payment is still missing. Suspended data is kept for a limited time with warnings before deletion.
Are SMS credits included?
Yes. Each plan includes a monthly SMS allowance that resets on the billing date and does not carry over. Any plan can buy prepaid SMS credits that never expire.
Is there a setup fee or per trip fee?
No. Unlimited trips on every plan, with no commission and no setup fee. The only optional purchase is prepaid SMS credits.
