Do higher plans unlock more features?
No. Every feature is included on every plan. Plans only limit staff users, vehicles, drivers, monthly SMS, storage, and whether you can remove the platform badge.
Where do passenger card payments go?
Straight into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. TheDriveBooker does not take a per trip commission.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Every new company gets a 7 day trial. A payment method is required at signup, and the first charge runs automatically unless you cancel during the trial.
